For certain features, the Site may allow you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. At NÜRA Boutique we offer an exclusive selection of carefully curated pieces. We strive to describe and display the Products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions, photographs, measurements, colors, or other content on the Site are complete, accurate, reliable, or error-free.

Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance that may be perceived due to lighting, screen settings, or photographic processes do not constitute defects or grounds for a claim. All Products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue any Product, or modify its specifications at any time and without prior notice.

6. Prices And Errors

The applicable prices shall be those advertised or displayed on the Site or at the physical boutique, as applicable, at the time of purchase. Prices may be subject to taxes, shipping charges, or other charges duly disclosed before completing the transaction.

Although we endeavor to ensure that all published information is correct, the Site may contain typographical, technical, or system errors relating to the price, description, or availability of a product. The Company may correct such errors prospectively. If the error affects a pending Order, the Company will notify the Customer and process the transaction in accordance with applicable law and regulations. Where cancellation of the Order is legally warranted, any amount paid will be refunded in full.

Your Order constitutes an offer to purchase. All Orders are subject to our acceptance and to inventory availability. The automatic acknowledgment of receipt of an Order does not constitute acceptance thereof. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to reject, limit, cancel, or suspend any Order, as well as to verify the information before accepting it.

Reservation of the right of admission. The Company reserves the right of admission and the right to refuse service, to ask any person to leave the boutique, to restrict access to the Site or the premises, and to deny, limit, or cancel Orders, for any reason permitted by law.

We accept the following payment methods: ATH Móvil, credit cards, and PayPal. Payment processing is performed through third-party providers; by providing your payment information, you authorize the Company and such providers to charge the total amount of the Order, including Products, shipping, and applicable taxes.

You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information supplied is true and correct. The Company does not store your complete card or account information; such information is securely processed by the corresponding payment processors, subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

9. Shipping And In-store Pickup

Order processing, shipments, costs, estimated delivery times, and the in-store pickup option are governed by our Shipping and In-Store Pickup Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

10. Exchanges, Returns, And Refunds

All exchange, return, and refund requests are governed by our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that approved returns will be eligible for store credit only, and that the Company does not issue cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

11. Promotions And Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of their issuance, are not redeemable for cash (unless required by law), are not transferable unless otherwise indicated, and may be modified or canceled by the Company. Items identified as "Sale," "on sale," or "Final Sale" may be subject to special conditions, including their final-sale nature.

Message frequency may vary, and consent is not a condition of purchase; message and data rates may apply. You may cancel at any time by replying "STOP," or obtain help by replying "HELP." The Company reserves the right to modify the number or short code used to operate the service, upon prior notice.

17. Limitation Of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PRODUCTS. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO AN ORDER SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.

18. Indemnification

The User shall be liable for the direct damages reasonably caused to the Company as a result of the User's fraudulent or intentionally unlawful use of the Site, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, or the posting of User Content that infringes the rights of third parties.

19. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations when such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, natural disasters, weather conditions, atmospheric phenomena, power or telecommunications outages, governmental acts, emergencies, pandemics, strikes, or failures of third parties, including shipping carriers.

20. Governing Law And Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without giving effect to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the courts of Puerto Rico, and where applicable the Department of Consumer Affairs (DACO) with respect to matters within its jurisdiction, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy arising from these Terms or from your relationship with the Company.

21. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal action, you agree to seek in good faith to resolve any dispute by contacting our Customer Service team. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may resort to the competent forums in Puerto Rico. Nothing in this section limits the consumer's right to file complaints with DACO in accordance with applicable law.

22. General Provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Waiver. The failure of the Company to exercise or enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent. The Company may assign these Terms to any successor or assignee.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to their subject matter and supersede any prior agreement or understanding.
• Headings. Section headings are included for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
